BAIA, SF - 6000SF

This was a remodel of the famous Jardiniere restaurant located on Franklin and Grove. The project included a full gut and remodel of the main kitchen and 2nd level pastry kitchen, remodel of the dinning spaces with new lighting and wood flooring. New custom booths and seating, bar finishes and a custom chandelier with other custom finishes throughout the space. This project was completed during my time as a Site Superintendent with Cookline Construction.
